PREFACE:

The manual air pressure pot tank is composed of one manual swing rocker, pressure regulator, safety valve, leaking valve, material outlet, inner tank and four universal wheels. All parts are made of good quality material and passed strict quality control before assemble. The whole appearance part is particularly processed by baking finish. Therefore it's durable and lasting. The manual air pressure spray paint tank is suitable for coloring materials that hard to precipitate and can be stirred by using swing rocker, making paints inside the tank keep even. In the process of painting, it will not cause any puzzle of color difference because of paints precipitation, lt's capacity can meet all your demands on professional purposes. lt's fit for not only paint vehicle but also other spraying materials.

ATTENTIONS!:

1. The manual air pressure paint pot allows spraying materials to increase pressure to 4 bar(Remember not to exceed 5bar). If the pressure exceeds the allowable range, it may cause the equipment to be deformed by air pressure.

2. The safe valve on the tank is to protect pressure tank from over-pressure equipment. It's set within pressure allowable range before leaving factory. Please do not adjust at will in condition of normal use.

3. Do not have any dangerous actions such as drilling and welding etc. As it may cause tempering effect and harm tank body, shortening product life.

4. After finishing painting the product, clean it up thoroughly to reduce the demand on repairing parts.

Operation Procedure：

Before using it, please make sure that there's no any remaining pressure inside the tank. Operator can use the shallow cyclone plug on leaking valve to leak all pressure in order to make sure of safety!

1.Loosen thumb nut and movable bolt, and then remove tank lid.

2.Pour in paints and place tank lid, screw thumb nut one by one in diagonal way.

3.Connect air hose and the air inlet elbow on the tank(air inlet elbow is better to pass a cleaning strainer to filter the dust, impurities,water and oil in com-pressed air).

4.Connect air outlet hose to air outlet cock.

5.Connect paint pipe to paint outlet cock.

6.Start air supply system, set air pressure regulator at required working pressure in clockwise direction. If to decrease the pressure inside the tank, in counterclockwise direction.(Attention: the product can bear 58 PSI / 4 bar pressure at maximum for 20-40L tanks, and 40 PSI / 2.8 bar for 10L tanks respectively.)

7.Connect the paint pipe to the airbrush paint feeding inlet and connect the air outlet hose to the airbrush air inlet.

8.Open air outlet cock and paint outlet cock.

9.Regulate the volume of atomizer of air spray gun by the regulating valve on it, or control by adding one regulating device on the tank.

Repair, Maintenance and Cleaning:

1.Close air intake cock and open paints exit cock.

2.Unscrew the cock on leaking valve to leaking all pressure inside the tank.

3.Loosen all thumb nuts, making the whole tank cover inclining to one side.

4. Loosen the cap buckles on spray gun 3 turns.

5. Fold one piece of cloth into shape of cup,cover it on cap buckle and pull the trigger to make the remaining paints inside the paint pipe into the tank.

6.Pour out all the paints inside the tank and clean all the parts(include the inside of paint tank)that touch paints with proper solvent.

7. Pour cleaning solvent into the tank and cover the tank lid and lock up, then open air intake cock.

8.Operate air spray gun till clean solvent appears.

9.Please repeat step 1 to 8, to make the cleaning solvent inside paint pipe into the tank.
