First, get the Pneumatic Needle Scaler ready by sliding the scaler head straight onto the air hammer head. Fit the spring over the scaler head afterward, twisting it clockwise until you’ve got solid tension locking everything together. Please remember when you’re working, keep the head pressed firmly against the surface—that’s how it delivers its best rust-busting performance.

Special Assembly for WM-3608 Model

Our unique WM-3608 Air Hammer features easy disassembly: First, locate the protruding spring and gently push it out to remove it. Next, unscrew the front cover, then extract the scaler head and spring for cleaning or replacement. After servicing, screw the front cover back on. Finally, firmly push one end of the spring into the slot while clamping it in place to resecure the unit. This streamlined approach ensures hassle-free maintenance for the Air Needle Scaler, supporting durability and user convenience.
