We engineered our WYMA Pneumatic Pencil Grinder for outstanding concentricity–amplitude errors stay within 0.01-0.03mm even at max speeds over 70,000 RPM. This gives you smooth, vibration-free operation where precision counts. Our upgrades actually boosted force output by 80%, how is this achieved? We added a fourth blade ( now 25% thicker at 1.0mm ), expanded the stainless-steel rotor by 12%, and used a hollow design to shave weight off the body. We also made the aerospace-grade alloy dual bearings 10% wider and enlarged the cylinder by 15% for better kinetic energy transfer. Coupled with a pure copper bearing seat ( rapid heat dissipation ) and housing with 6% larger diameter, this product ensures stability under heavy loads while maximizing material removal efficiency.

Premium Material Engineering for Longevity

We start with an SCM420 alloy steel cylinder for our grinders. How we process it matters– mature CNC-controlled heat treatment followed by precise quenching makes this cylinder outlaster than ordinary powder metallurgy versions. For critical wear parts, we added anti-corrosion upgrades: the cylinder bore gets a mirror polish to cut rotor friction down. Up front, you'll find ductile iron replacing aluminum in the housing and air intake, this switch means not easy to deform and air leak under high air pressure. Our blades now use high-density mesh fiber, this material keeps its strength even when lubricants runs low, plus it's lightweight and shatter-resistant–significantly extending service cycles in dust-heavy environments.

Rapid Replacing & Minimal Maintenance

Models WM-3330/WM-3321B include 6mm chucks for heavy engraving, while standard 3mm compatibility supports versatile grinding head swaps using included mini wrench.Change grinding heads in 3 steps:

① Wrench-loosen (do not remove) cap nut.

② For chuck replacement, fully unscrew cap.

③ Remove chuck (tap lightly if stuck).
