Choose the right alloy blade: C-Type for A3 steel, 45# steel, carbon steel, mold steel, cast iron, acrylic, and hardwood. R-Type handles A3 steel, 45# steel, P20 tool steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and wood. Please note that for both types, avoid copper non-ferrous metals, aluminum non-ferrous metals and hardened stainless steel. The workpiece must meet the following requirements: chamfer hole diameter: >=7mm, chamfer plate thickness: >=3mm, minimum depth >=6mm, thinnest thickness >=3mm, to create a functional C angle for deburring, assembly prep, welding prep, and ensuring safety. Adjust the chamfering depth of Air Chamfering Machine from 0.1-0.9mm precisely: Loosen two screws, rotate the scale (clockwise=increases the depth, counterclockwise=decreases the depth), then lock it to ensure precise positioning.
