Product’s Fault and Troubleshooting

Fault Phenomenon	Troubleshooting
Release the trigger switch to detect air leakage.	1. Inspect the switch assembly. Replace any damaged O-rings. 2. Remove any debris from the switch assembly.
The switch leaks when the trigger switch is pulled.	1. Inspect the switch assembly. Replace any damaged nylon valve seat. 2. Inspect the balancing valve. Replace any damaged O-ring.
Release the trigger switch to detect cylinder head air leakage.	1. Inspect the cylinder head assembly. Remove any debris and replace any damaged O-rings.
Cylinder head leaks when the trigger switch is pulled.	1. Inspect the cylinder head assembly and remove any debris from the balancing valve. 2. Replace the rectangular sealing ring if it is damaged.
Release the trigger and the gun head leakage.	1. Remove the cylinder head assembly and cylinder assembly. Inspect the cylinder and the O-ring on the outside of the cylinder. Replace any damaged O-rings.
The gun head leakage when the trigger is pulled.	1. Remove the cylinder head assembly and inspect the cushion and piston O-ring. Replace any damaged O-rings. 2. Remove any debris from the cushion. 3. Inspect the piston assembly and replace any damage.
Nail Stuck	1. Inspect the needle. If defective, replace it. 2. Inspect the ejector pin. If worn or deformed, replace it. 3. Inspect the strike pin. If the top is worn, replace the piston assembly.
Unable to start	1. If the nail gun do not start at high air pressure (0.6-0.8 MPa) but starts at low air pressure (0.25-0.5 MPa), replace the valve needle or valve seat. 2. Remove the cylinder head and apply a small amount of Mobil oil or other grease to the balancing valve.
